The primary mission of the Globe Hotshots is the response to all wildland fires while maintaining the highest level of safety, professionalism, and productivity as an Interagency Hotshot Crew."

The Globe Hotshots are elite crew of physically fit men and women who spend their summers fighting forest fires and responding to natural disasters throughout the country. Recruited from all over the United States, they undergo special training to be certified wildland firefighters.

The Globe Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest is the home for the Globe Hotshots since the crews inception.
