The Bitterroot Hotshot Crew is looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences in order to blend their specific skills and abilities into a cohesive team-oriented environment.

Physical fitness is the foundation of being a successful hotshot. It is important that a comprehensive physical fitness program be undertaken prior to showing up for the first day of crew operations. Although not required, individuals should have two or more seasons of wildland fire experience to be competitive for open positions.
