The Florida Division of Forestry began screening in the Department of Defense FireFighter Property program in 2006. This 1966 Kaiser 6x6 M35A2 is one of the first vehicles they picked up.
St. Petersburg Fire and Rescue were the lucky recipients of this truck. They painted it and installed a slip in unit with a couple of poly tanks.
This jewel cost about $20,000.00 to put into service.
