A block of rooms has been reserved at the Nassau Bay Hilton and Marina for RS '98. Attendees will need to make their own reservations by March 23, 1998. Government room rate, being extended to both federal and the State of Texas, is $79.00 per night, single or double, which includes the 9% local tax. Federal employees will need to provide a tax exempt form to waive the 6% state tax. Tax exempt forms will be available prior to the conference and at the on-site registration area.
