This panel is comprised of experienced ECR and collaborative policy practitioners and professionals in the field of organizational development (OD) who will explore the ways in which OD-based facilitation techniques can support environmental, natural resource and public policy dialogues. Topics will include: An overview of OD principles; How collaborative policy and ECR professionals use OD to better serve the needs of clients and stakeholders; Case examples of successful facilitation of small- and large-scale public policy and involvement processes using OD approaches; and specific OD techniques that ECR and collaborative practitioners and sponsors alike may want to add to their tool kit.
