Track: Evaluating ECR: What’s in it for me?

The Planning and Environment Court in Queensland, Australia, is at the forefront of court annexed ECR. Peta Stilgoe, the court appointed ECR provider, will present case studies and stakeholder feedback from ECR in Queensland, Australia, and through the case studies showcase quantitative evaluation of the benefits of ECR. With facilitators John Haydon (environment lawyer from Australia), Jan Crawford (town planner from New Zealand) and Jianbo Kuang (scientist/mediator at EcoDirections International), the principal presenter will invite attendees to discuss and compare the ECR experience in other jurisdictions.
