Track: Evaluating ECR: What’s in it for me?
A multilevel modeling analysis was conducted to probe the factors critical to ECR success. The analysis is based on a 52-case multiagency data set of recently completed ECR cases. The statistical analyses have revealed process factors most important for success. A presentation of findings and insights by a panel of program managers and practitioners/trainers will be followed by an interactive discussion of the implications for ECR programs, practice and practitioner training.
