Track: Matching the Process to the Problem: Navigating Process Choices

Description:
Brief overviews of the policy purpose and legal context of FACA and its applicability in pertinent environmental case law will be presented. Presenters will discuss FACA in collaborative, cooperative conservation and NEPA scoping initiatives, to include recent recommendations of a CEQ Task Force, and what consensus-builders and facilitators need to know in group, committee and regulatory negotiation scenarios.
