Come to this interactive session to learn about and discuss an emerging process choice, third-party neutral as process coach or mentor for a collaborative stakeholder effort. We’ll cover the concepts, benefits and drawbacks of these arrangements. Based on real-life process coach scenarios, session participants will discuss best practices for selection and implementation of this approach. This session is appropriate for all conference participants who want to leave with a greater understanding of and practical approach to the process choice of third-party neutral as coach or mentor.
