The Asian Pacific American Special Emphasis Program is the vehicle for executing Asian Pacific American Programs within the Forest Service. The effort focuses on assisting managers in identifying and resolving employment and program delivery matters affecting Asian Pacific Americans, both internally and externally. In addition, an essential component of this program is monitoring participation by Asian Pacific Americans to ensure equal opportunity, equal involvement and equal access to Forest Service benefits and services. There is a collateral duty Program Manager at the national, Region, Station and Area levels. |
