Aquatic Ecosystems - Overview
Expected changes in temperature and precipitation present serious challenges for aquatic species in both coldwater and warmwater environments. However, there are some management actions that can help increase the resilience of aquatic ecosystems, hopefully helping some species to survive climate changes.
These papers discuss how aquatic environments may change due to global warming, how species might respond, and what management options are available.
