A national solicitation plan for preseason incident blanket purchase agreements (I-BPAs) was developed in 2007 to comply with requirements of USDA OIG Audit #08601-40-SF to follow Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and to identify an acquisition cycle for competing equipment that is commonly used to support incidents.


Performance Evaluation

Vendors are required to receive a performance evaluation prior to demobilization from an incident. Incident support personnel will submit a copy of the performance evaluation to the Contracting Officer who signed the I-BPA.
